Co-founders, Teske Drake (pictured) and Lindsay Farmer, established Mommies with Hope in the fall of 2007.  What began as an informal support group – a need of these two broken-down, grief-stricken Mommies – has grown into a ministry that reaches thousands worldwide every year through their online support and resources, and many through the face-to-face support groups offered in central Iowa.

Teske continues in leaders with Mommies with Hope, serving as President and support group facilitator.  In addition, she is available to speak  to women’s audiences for one-time events, one-day, or weekend retreats.  Weaving her personal testimony of loss into her teaching, Teske leads women to live in hope with a focus on Christ.

Teske has a dynamic teaching style, engaging women with humor and poignant stories, yet always leading women back to the Word of God, our ultimate source of truth.  She is the author of Hope for Today, Promises for Tomorrow: Finding Light Beyond the Shadow of Miscarriage or Infant Loss and Expecting with Hope: Claiming Joy When Expecting a Baby After Loss. She is also a regular devotion writer for Encouragement Cafe, has been a guest with Focus on the Family, and has written various articles/guest blog posts for Crosswalk.com and Proverbs 31 Ministries.
